PACKER PRESENTS: AF1 ACTIVATION

Packer Shoes spent a week celebrating the legacy of the Nike Air Force 1 at their flagship Teaneck, NJ location, where they have welcomed sneaker shoppers since 2003. To celebrate the rerelease of the 2001 version of the shoe, the store morphed into a gallery, where the clean space displayed hundreds of pairs that the store’s shoppers collected through the years. Air Force 1s that many have never seen in person were sprinkled throughout the store, including a top-to-bottom grail wall with sneakers making up the letters of the Packer name. The “C” in Packer was devoted to Clark Kent, including rare and personal AF1s that connected to Clark’s legacy. The activation began and closed with Saturday events that included food and drink, custom Packer x Nike screen-printed and hand-drawn apparel and accessories, and an exclusive T-shirt capsule from sneaker stalwarts like Union, Awake, and Stash (among many more). A vibrant family atmosphere brought sneaker fans of all ages together at Packer Shoes to celebrate the undeniable legacy of the Air Force 1.
