Packer accepts any full-priced, non - “Release Product” items for exchange within 14 days of receipt. No refunds. Items returned must be in unworn condition with attached tags and packaging. Packer will not accept any returns by post without prior written communication. All sale items, discounted merchandise and items marked as “Release Product” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Packaging must be completely intact and all tags attached in order to process a return. Any footwear returns must be shipped double boxed in its original packaging. If a product has factory flaws (i.e. loose stitching, glue stains, broken straps, etc...), please contact the vendor directly to open a claim. We do not provide refunds for worn or damaged merchandise.
