This "UNC" edition of the Air Jordan 3 Retro honors Michael Jordan's three years as a Tarheel. Jordan left Carolina for the NBA in 1984 after being named the National Player of the Year award. The University of North Carolina's trademark hue of blue is found on the plastic eyelets, the midsole, and the raised embroidery on the Jumpman found on the tongue. Tumbled white leather and the model's signature elephant print leave the model with most of its iconic design in tact for a clean edition of the third Air Jordan.
