Paying homage to a Puerto Rican beach community, the Cabo Rojo adidas x Bad Bunny Gazelle Indoor is in a light pink colorway with mixed materials on the upper. Hairy suede accents add texture at the heel and asymmetrical t-toe overlay, which contrasts mixed materials across the upper. A production tag is moved to the exterior of the shoe at the heel for a unique feature, and a blue zig-zag stitching cuts across the tongue for a color pop on the cream-colored tongue. The insoles have the statement "adidas PARA BAD BUNNY" to cement the collaboration that evokes sunny days in the artist's home country.
