South Korea's thisisneverthat and New Balance are at it again on models that travel back into the archives, this time aligning on the 1906R (from the early 2000s) with vintage detailing and a grey 2002R with cracked leather for an aged look. Yellowed soles and brown blemishes hit the 1906R in grey syntehtic upper that sits on a combo of ABZORB and N-ergy tooling with a stability web outsole. thisisneverthat played a role in the launch of the 2002R in with aged version in 2020, and this follow-up edition in classic grey edition follows suit, but with more subtle additions of cracked leather on the collar, heel, and tongue.
