The 4th Kevin Durant signature shoe, the Nike Zoom KD4, gets a retro release on a special 2012 edition that celebrated Durant's third straight scoring title. The vivid yellow and blue pattern covers the upper with patterns and graphics, including the tongue detailing with his league-leading scoring average displayed from those prolific three seasons (30.1, 27.7, and 28). With forefoot Zoom cushioning, the hardwood hoops shoe still performs well 13 years later.
