Japan's Mountain Research uses a 2000s-era hiking boot from its archive as inspiration on their upscale version of the Reebok Beatnik. Smooth brown leather replaces the synthetic uppers and two-color Western-styled embroidered flames hit the side panels on the mule that features a subtle Mountain Research branding hit on the plastic buckle.
